The Call for Speakers for the 2025 Automation Fair® event has officially closed. Thanks to all who submitted abstracts. The Content Committee is currently reviewing submissions based on education, insight sharing, training value, relevancy of subject matter and interest to industrial automation and digital transformation-seeking attendees. While the submission window has ended, we invite you to mark your calendar to join us for Automation Fair 2025 in Chicago, Illinois, USA from November 17-20.

Process and Timeline

If you submitted an abstract, you will be notified regarding the status of your submission in early June. Selected speakers will have an opportunity for a final review of information (title, abstract, speaker details, etc.) before sessions are finalized and built into the schedule.

Key Dates:

March 17 – Call for Speakers opens
April 30 – Call for Speakers closes
Early June – Selected speakers notified; Final chance to review/edit submission
June 17 – PartnerNetwork only: If selected, your company must also be signed up as an exhibitor or sponsor by this date to maintain your status as a speaker
August – Session catalog opens in conjunction with event registration
September – Presentations submitted to Rockwell Automation for content review
