Reset the port diagnostic counters
Use the
Port Diagnostics
dialog box to reset the interface and media counters to zero to assist in troubleshooting issues.Prerequisites
- The device is online.
- On the tab for the device, selectPort Status.
- In thePort Statusview, in thePort Diagnosticscolumn for the port, select
.
- InPort Diagnostics, selectReset counters.The interface and media counter values on the device reset to zero and the values displayed in the dialog box update with the current counter values.
