Reset the ring fault counter

Reset the switch's ring fault count to zero to assist in troubleshooting issues.
Prerequisites
  • The switch is online and is a ring supervisor.
To reset the ring fault counters
  1. On the tab for the device, expand
    Device Level Ring
    , and then expand
    Ring X
    .
  2. Select
    Reset counters
    .
    Ring faults detected
     resets to zero, and the value displayed in the view updates with the current counter value.
