Port Security view
Use the
Port Security
view to enable and configure port security. Port security restricts the devices that can connect to the switch port based on their MAC addresses. The MAC address is also known as Ethernet address, physical address, or hardware address. Each node on the network is assigned a unique MAC address.
TIP:
Configure the port security settings while online. Most data is only displayed when the device is online.
