Switch Configuration view

Use the
Switch Configuration
 view to configure basic settings for the switch. Use the
Switch Configuration
 view to:
  • Enter the IP address and other basic settings.
  • Enter a contact and geographic location for the switch.
  • Set the name and ID of the management VLAN.
  • For Stratix 5000 switches, configure these additional settings:
    • Select the
      Spanning Tree Mode
      .
    • Enable the dual power supply alarm.
TIP:
Once the switch is configured, data appears.
