Diagnose a problem with a device

Use
Device Diagnostics
to diagnose a problem. Diagnostics is disabled when:
  • You are operating offline.
  • An Identity mismatch exists.
To diagnose a problem with a device
  1. On the tab for the device, select
    Device Information
    .
  2. In the
    Device Information
    view, select
    Diagnostics
    .
  3. In
    Device Diagnostics
    , view the diagnostics for the device.
