Damaged or deleted activation files

During software installation, a system-generated signature is created to help protect the contents of the activation file. If the activation file is damaged or tampered with, the activation will not work.
If an activation file is damaged or deleted, contact
Rockwell Automation
Technical Support. Be sure to have the binding of the computer or dongle associated with the lost or damaged file, and the software serial number and product key.
