Restart the activation services

Restart the
FactoryTalk Activation
 services if you cannot refresh the server using the
Refresh
 button, or if activations do not appear after adding an activation server.
To restart the activation services:
  1. Open the
    Windows
    Control Panel
    , then click
    Administrative Tools > Services
    .
  2. Right-click
    FactoryTalk Activation
     Helper
    , and click
    Restart
    .
  3. Right-click
    FactoryTalk Activation
     Service
    , and click
    Restart
    .
