Run the FactoryTalk Activation Command-line Utility

Use the
FactoryTalk Activation
 Command-line Utility to script operations such as getting and rehosting activations or configuring the activation search path.
To run the
FactoryTalk Activation
 Command-line Utility
  1. Run a command prompt as an administrator.
  2. Set the command prompt path to the
    Tools
    directory in the install location. For example:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\FactoryTalk Activation\Tools.
  3. Enter
    FTACmdUtility.exe
    .

    To see more information about a command, enter
    FTACmdUtility.exe <command> -h
