Remove Capability

In this section, you will find how to remove a capability associated with a capability group. Only Project Admin users can perform the Remove Capability action and it is only available for custom groups.
The Capability Group Detail page displays the capabilities associated with the selected group as a tile. From the
Capability Group Details
 page:
  1. Click
    Remove
     from the capability tile that you want to remove.
    The
    Confirm Capability Removal
     dialog box is displayed. You will be informed that the selected capability will be queued for removal from the associated roles and users.
  2. To proceed with removing the capability, select the
    I acknowledge removal impact
     check box.
  3. Click
    Queue for Removal
    .
    If you change your mind and don’t want to remove the capability, click
    Undo Removal
    . Please note that this option will not be available once you save the changes.
    The capabilities queued for removal will be erased from the selected capability group after saving the changes.
  4. Click
    Save
    .
    For the changes to take effect, it is recommended to log out and then log back in.
