Add a user

Add users to
Project view
. Manage existing users by adding them to groups and giving them permissions.
  1. In
    Project view,
     expand
    Security
    .
  2. Right-click
    Users
     and then select
    New
    User
    .
    User#
     appears.
    TIP: To add users, you can also right-click
    Users,
     and then select
    New
    All
    Security
    Users
    .
  3. In
    Properties,
     configure:
    • Name
      . Name of the user.
    • Password
      . Password that the user must provide to log on to the application.
    • LocaleIds
      . Locale of the user. The default is en-US.
    • Languages
      . Language configured for the user. The default language is the default language of the LocaleId.
    • Measurement system
      . The measurement system used to display data to the user:
      • International system of units 
      • US customary measurement system
      • British imperial units
    • Domain
      . Identifies the local
      Windows®
       user account for any domain-linked user account.
  4. Select
    Save
    .
