Configure FLEX I/O Digital Modules

Use the default configuration supplied with your FLEX I/O modules, or use the
Logix Designer
 application to configure a module specific to an application to either:
  • Accept the default configuration for your module
  • Write point-level configuration specific to your application
To configure a FLEX I/O digital module:
  1. Right-click the desired module to configure, and select
    Properties
    .
  2. Enter the configuration information.
  3. Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog box.
It is also acceptable to configure a module when creating a module. If not using the default configuration established for a FLEX I/O module, configure it according to the desired specifications. Select one of the following module types for the module-type configuration.
