Dividend Information
The declaration and payment of dividends by the Company is at the sole discretion of our Board of Directors. Normally, dividends are payable quarterly in March, June, September and December, upon authorization of the Board of Directors.
Investor Services Program
Shareowners may participate in the EQ Shareowner Services Plus Plan to reinvest dividends in Company stock, have cash dividends directly deposited in their bank accounts and to deposit share certificates with the agent for safekeeping.
In addition, the program allows shareowners at their own cost to make optional cash investments in any amount from $100 to $100,000 per year or to sell all or any part of their shares held in their accounts.

Electronic Delivery
Shareowners can save the Company postage and printing expenses by consenting to receive electronic delivery of proxy statements, annual reports and related materials. You may enroll for these services.

RSS Feeds
