How do I get to my applications that were on the old MyRockwellAutomation?

To access your applications that were on the old MyRockwellAutomation, you can follow these steps: 

  1. Look for the resources box or section on the Dashboard page.
  2. Within the resources box, you should find links to all the MyRockwellAutomation applications.
  3. Click on the appropriate link for the application you want to access.
  4. You will be redirected to the corresponding application's page or login screen.
  5. Enter your credentials, if required, to log in and access your application.
Why don’t I see some of my services entitlements for my location?

The system is currently only displaying Service Entitlements for TechConnect and Integrated Service Agreements. 

I know that I have software assigned to me, why I don’t see it?

First, please ensure that the email you are using to log in to MyRockwellAutomation matches the email address to which the software was assigned. If the email addresses do not match, you will not be able to see the assigned software. 

 

I can’t see software and service entitlements for all my company locations that I am responsible for. How do I see other locations?

You would need to reach out to either your Rockwell Automation Authorized Distributor or your Rockwell Automation representative to request access to those additional locations. 

Contacting your Authorized Distributor or Rockwell Automation representative is necessary to ensure that you have the appropriate permissions and access rights to view software and service entitlements for all the locations under your responsibility. They will be able to guide you through the process of obtaining access and assist you in resolving any issues related to accessing entitlements for the other locations. 

Feel free to provide them with the necessary details about the locations and your role to streamline the request and facilitate a prompt resolution. 

I need to renew my software subscription or buy software, where can I do that?

To renew your software subscription or purchase new software, there are two options available: 

  1. Contact Your Distributor: Get in touch with your Rockwell Automation Authorized Distributor. They will assist you with the renewal process or guide you through the software purchase procedure. They can provide you with the necessary information, pricing details, and any additional support you may require. 
  2. Access the Software Subscription Portal: If you prefer to handle the renewal or purchase online, you can access the Software Subscription portal. This portal allows you to manage your software subscriptions, including renewals and new purchases. It provides a convenient platform to explore available software options, review pricing details, and complete the transaction digitally. 

Ensure you have your relevant account information and payment details ready before proceeding with the renewal or purchase process. 

Where can I find my Authorization number to access my entitlements?

  1. Log in to your account on MyRockwellAutomation. 
  2. Navigate to the Service Entitlements tab or section. 
  3. Look for service entitlement for which you need the authorization number using the filters. 
  4. Within the information related to that entitlement, you should find the authorization number listed. 
I need to repair some equipment. Where do I do that?

To repair equipment, you can use the My Repair app, which can be accessed through the Resources box on the Dashboard tab. Here's how you can proceed: 

  1. Go to the Dashboard tab on the platform or portal you are using.
  2. Look for the Resources box or section on the Dashboard page.
  3. Within the Resources box, you should find a link or option for the My Repair.
  4. Click on the link My Repair through the provided option.
How do I see my Install Base Evaluation?

You can utilize the My Equipment option on Resources box, here’s how you can proceed: 

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard tab on the MyRockwellAutomation.
  2. Look for the Resources box or section on the Dashboard page.
  3. Within the Resources box, you should find a link or option for the My Equipment.
  4. Click on the provided link My Equipment through the available option.
