Configure FT Activation Service
Prerequisite: Ensure that FT Activation Service and FTA Security are installed for distributed mode. |
In Distributed mode, DataView, FTA Security, and FT Activation Service are installed on different machines. To establish a connection between DataView server, FTA Security server and FT Activation Service, use the following scenarios to generate certificates as applicable:
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that proper permissions are provided to access certificates folder.
- Scenario#1: FTA Security, DataView, and FT Activation Service installed on same machine.
- Scenario#2:FTA Security and DataView installed on one machine and FT Activation Service installed on different machine.
- Scenario#3:FT Activation Service, FTA Security, and DataView installed on different machines.
