Configure OSI PI Server

It is verified that there is no difference between Historian SE and a full OSI PI system from the standpoint of the connectivity.

Historians:

When InfoPlatform starts up, it browses the FTDirectory to discover the available FTHistorians and also the OSIsoft PI directory to discover OSIsoft PI Servers.

By default, all discovered servers will be accessible to users navigating the namespace. The diagram below represents an example namespace with historians.
