Ring X view
Use the
Ring X
view to enable the switch as a ring supervisor, and view information about the network and ring.Use the
Ring X
view to:- Enable supervisor mode on the ring.
- View whether the switch is operating in a DLR or linear network.
- View the status of the network.
- View the address and the precedence of the active ring supervisor.
- View the current status of the supervisor.
- View the number of ring faults, the status of the ring fault, and clear the rapid fault or restore cycle fault.
- Reset the ring fault count to zero.
- View the address of the last active node on the ports when there is a fault.
Data displays and the parameters are available only when the device is online and there are no communication errors.
