Follow the below steps to reset your Password

1. Navigate to the Rockwell Automation Forgot Password Page

2. Enter your email address and click continue button

3. Find the Verification Code to your email address and displays the Verify to reset password page

4. In the Verification Code field, type the verification code which is sent on your email address.

5. Click the continue button and follow the steps to create new password.

In the Create new Password page, create a new password by typing a new password in the password field.

Upon Clicking the CONTINUE button New Password is Updated.

I am logged in and want to change my password

From the Profile tab in Rockwell Automation Account Portal select the Security  tab at the of the bottom of screen and follow prompts.

Follow the below steps to reset your Password

1. Navigate to the Rockwell Automation Security Page

2. Enter your email address and click submit

3. Find the Reset Password Verification Code email from Rockwell Automation in your in box

4. Enter your new password and retype password and click on CHANGE PASSWORD.

Longer passwords are harder to compromise. We suggest using a passphrase, below are some tips:

Should be a minimum of 15 characters 

Should not contain name or email address 

Must contain at least one uppercase letter 

Must contain at least one digit 

Must contain at least one special character 

Passwords must be unique, you cannot reuse a previously used password and must not contain your first name, last name or email address.
