Create an Account
To finish creating an account, you need to confirm that you own the email address that you used to create the account. To confirm your email address, enter the verification code that you have received on your registered email address when you created the account.
Note: Please confirm your email account as soon as possible, as you will not be able to access your account until you confirm your email address. In addition, in case your verification code is expired, you can resend it using the Resend option and you can verify your account.
Confirmation emails are sent to the registered email address. The email verification code will expire within 10 minutes of timeframe and the account will be removed. If that happens, we are unable to reactivate the account. You will need to reinitiate the process by creating a new account and re-registering.
In case your verification code is expired, you can resend it using the Resend option and you can verify your account.
Choose a strong password
To protect your password, it's important to change it periodically and keep your password private, since anybody who knows your password may access your account.
To choose a strong password
Use a different password for Rockwell Automation than what you use for other sites. If you need help remembering your password, write it down and store it in a secure location.
All passwords must be a minimum of 15 characters long with no further requirement. We suggest using a passphrase, below are some tips:
• It should be more than 15 characters.
• It should not contain name or email address.
• You can no longer re-use an old password.
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter
• Must contain at least one digit
• Must contain at least one special character
Avoid passwords that are easy to guess. These include using terms such as "secret”, "password”, or "123456”. They also should not include things like your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that can easily be obtained.
Note: Passwords are case sensitive. For instance, "TWORIVERS2!%" and "tworivers2!%" are two different passwords. When choosing a password, remember the capitalization you use, and make sure that the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard is not turned on.
