Security Settings
Yes, It is advisable to have 2 methods set up; primary method and backup method. We suggest using your company email as your primary method to receive your OTP code, and you can also use your phone number as a backup method. We support the following options to receive your OTP code.
- Email (Default MFA)
User's login email is automatically registered in the backend system
Users can select the email option to receive One Time Passcode (OTP) via email
- OTP via SMS
Users can update their mobile number in their profile to receive OTP through SMS
- OTP via Phone
Users can update their mobile number in their profile to receive OTP through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call
By default, your email is selected as the MFA method. To enable SMS or Voice OTP options, please add your mobile number to your profile.
Note: We currently do not validate the mobile number. Please take precautions when adding a mobile number to your profile.
MFA is automatically enabled when a user successfully registers his/her account.

If you lose your phone, access your profile and immediately remove the associated phone number as an MFA method and add a new one.
